This baby is a delicious flavor blend. I adapted a recipe from Oh She Glows. I made a few changes and adaptations.
I made the same crust but instead of using raw almonds I used almond powder. I put a layer of coconut on top. Then for the middle I blended strawberries with about five dates. An odd amount but it was all I had left. Then before throwing it in the freezer I topped it off with honey. If you want to keep it all vegan I would suggest maple syrup or agave to help sweeten it.
The crust alone is delicious but the coconut strawberry gives it an extra kick.
